TGIF and Give Me a One-Eyed Monster!

Brother Todd sent his sibs the following picture the other day - he was cooking up some One-Eyed Monsters.  These are made by buttering bread, tearing out a hole in the middle, placing it on a hot skillet, then breaking an egg in the hole and cooking it up.  Yum!!
