You can also search your cosmetics to see if they are truly safe. I'm going to dig in and see what I find with the hopes that my L'Oreal False Lash mascara is acceptable!!

Note: Mascara is one of the last beauty products many women change, due to the difficulty of finding one you like. Changing your shampoo or body cleanser or lotion will be easier, and it will affect a larger portion of your body.
