TGIF and Grab Your Plate!

It's finally Friday!!  Tonight I'm having a friend over for dinner and lasagna is on the menu.  I assembled the pasta dish last night so I can easily bake it tonight without slaving over the stove.  I also tried to clean the house some - you never know what a new friend may think when they visit your home for the first time.  Hopefully the impression will be one of comfort, taste, and humor!
