Overalls Are Never Over!!

Sister Luna sent me the following regarding the newest fashion trend....overalls!  Since I was a kid I just love me a good pair of overalls; I only have one very oversized pair right now, which I use for painting.  They are usually a fashion faux pas, but overalls will always have a soft spot in my heart!

During Pamela Love‘s New York presentation, at least three editors commented on the Carharrt overalls the models wore underneath their jewels. “They’re perfect! I have to go buy them right now,” said one particular street style star. Yesterday, in London, two brands showed very different iterations of overalls. Acne used denim—it’s their specialty, after all—for a mini dress with thick black straps and a working pocket in front. At Topshop’s Unique show, they came in both pants—velvet—and dresses—in white printed silk and black leather. With a significant slit up the middle, they suddenly turned sexy, a true feat when it comes to classic American workwear.
