I've enjoyed a solitary two weeks but my boys are due to arrive back home today. There were a ton of plans in my head that I wanted to get done while they were gone; unfortunately, most didn't come to fruition. Their friends have been chomping at the bit to see them again; I actually enlisted them last night, after swearing them to secrecy, to wrap the boy's Christmas presents. I've taken the day off from work to cruise to Portland and pick them up from the Amtrak station this morning. Sambo even sent me confirmation at 3am this morning that they were "on the train!" Here's to celebrating the holidays better late than never!!
